Biography
Associate Prof. Quanlong Li work in the Schoolof Computer Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, China. He has participated in a number of research projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National HighTechnology Research and Development Program (863Program) of China. Associate Prof. Quanlong Li has authored 2 books and over 40 papers.
