Biography
Prof.  Daniel Hanoch Wagner from Department of Materials and Interfaces,  Weizmann Institute of Science, Israe, gave a report gave a talk on the  Center for Smart Materials and Structures (CSMS).
He  earned his PH.D degree in 1983 at Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Now  he held the Chairman of the Gordon Research Conference on  Composites.Prof. Daniel Hanoch Wagner’s research interests include he  interfacial adhesion and fracture physics in polymer composites  (micromechanics and nanomechanics); The nanomechanics of carbon and  non-carbon nanotubes and nanocomposite materials; The stress-sensing  potential of carbon nanotubes in polymer matrices; The relationship  between (micro, nano) structure and mechanics in biological composites.
